Am I the only one agonizing from this or are we plenty? I mean, you caught a glimpse of your favorite dark chocolate being restocked at the mall and you have a strict diet plan going on. The thought of how well you enjoyed yourself of that chocolate keeps bothering you every. single. second. while you're running down on your list of fresh veggies. At the end of the day, tired from your journey from the mall, you manned up to stock your kitchen with them fresh produce only to get mad and angry at yourself full with buyers' remorse over 5 bars chocolate and not a single veggie? (You temporarily numb yourself from remorse by enjoying a single bar, but inevitably will face the remorse again with a stronger emotion of regret once you've finished all 6 bars of it)

This happens to gadgets, clothes, jewelry, and etc but this usually happens strongest with FOOD. It doesn't always have to be physical, sometimes it's an itching impulse. Like not to text your ex while drunk kind of stuff.

P.S. I know the story's exaggerated, but you get what I meant, right?
