I barely ate the first 3 months because pretty much anything made me throw up.
After that I craved strawberries.
Mostly it was the smell that affected me.
Totally normal afterward.

This topic is specifically towards pregnancy and food aversions and other complications related to pregnancy.
I’ve experienced an insane amount of food aversions. Anything from the way something smells, how it’s cooked or smells while cooking, seasoning, salt, texture etc. I’ve had such strong aversions that I will entirely throw up what I ate because I’m assuming the baby has rejected it 😂.
Besides food aversions I’ve also learned to love foods I didn’t prior, experienced extreme morning sickness to a point of being admitted to hospital twice early on and required to stay on a special medication in order to keep water down. Now that I’m in my second trimester and we’ll past the halfway point I’m feeling stronger and better but still experiencing food aversions that are extreme (vomit).
What types of aversions and complications did you experience?
We’re you able to move past food aversions or did they stay long after birth?
Did you experience any issues related to pregnancy that made your pregnancy complicated?
I’m interested to know what other women experienced with food, sickness and other issues.
