This is a condition that has striken all Virgos ... fortunately, Pisces people exist.

Three things .......
1. Virgos often do things for people just because the other person might benefit. It doesn't always mean there is an alterior motive. In fact, most of the things they do for other people is just because they want to be nice. And it doesn't mean anything other than that ...
.. which leads the way to #2
2. The Virgo's intentions are often misunderstood (read some threads in here for numerous examples of this). Because of this, the Virgo struggles in voicing (verbally expressing) how they feel, due to a fear of being misunderstood. By the time adulthood hits, the Virgo has spent it's lifetime not addressing how it feels, because this fear is overwhelming. It leads to numerous other issues that you have probably experienced, such as the Virgo not feeling worthy enough.
.. which leads to #3
3. A person can only master that in which they experience. Since the Virgo tends to withdraw from embracing how they feel (due to #2 above), then they've never learned to how to put things in proper perspective. They have developed a handicap, of sorts, that makes the expression of feelings nearly impossible to convey.
A person cannot actively participate in reciprocation of emotional expression if they have never allowed themselves to deal with the feelings, properly.
