How to attract a Virgo guy?

What can I do to hook a Virgo guy? What is it that attracts virgo men? Femininity? Sense of humour? Beauty? Intelligence? Openess?

I work with a virgo guy and he's hot stuff. I'd love to get together with him. We've flirted at bit but I'm wondering if they are natural flirts or does it mean something?

Any insight would be a great help.

To answer this question .. yes, they are just natural flirts, and it usually doesn't mean anything.

Oddly enough my girlfriend is a Sagittarius. She is not the common dry one though.

Everyone's comments are pretty right on. Now in regards to presentation...

We like clean. Both in appearance and smell (Put it this way, the cologne I wear is called CLEAN for Men). If you both work in an office type setting, Crisp woman's suit / business skirt, heels, etc. = very attractive to us.

My best friend is also a Virgo and we used to work in the same office. There was this one woman there that was kind of cute but because she always presented herself neatly dressed, clean, etc., we found her insanely attractive.
