how to tell if a virgo man is interested?

Hey guys, fellow virgo here! I think this is my first time ever being interested in a Virgo man, and even though I am one, I'm totally confused! This guy recently moved to my city and is a longtime friend from one of my best friends here. We're all from Michigan and live across the country so it's nice to have people who "get" us if that makes sense. Anyways, early on in him moving here she asked him what he thought of me (we'd hardly talked) and she said he said I wasn't his type. So I just let it go because i wasn't that interested in him anyways.

This past memorial day weekend we all went camping up north and after I actually got to know him I developed a pretty big crush on him. He's super funny and quick-witted, but also a big sweetheart. I also relate to him a lot because I can tell he's very self-critical, loves his family, and even started his own non-profit for kids with cancer because a best friend of his died from it. I didn't sense that he was really interested in me but I did catch him looking at me a few times (but maybe I was imagining it)

Now for the fun part: the day after we got back from camping he texted me a funny picture he took of me and we've been texting non-stop since, for like hours at a time. I posted a status about Disney Land, he said he wanted to go. I posted an instagram picture, he commented on it. I snapchatted a funny picture of my dog trying to eat soap and he sent me a snapchat message about it. Then we continued talking in snapchat until he texted me saying it was easier to text. This has been going on for 3 days, and of course it seems obvious but I'm not sure if Virgos just message a lot to everyone because I do. I've been complimenting him a lot but we don't really flirt... however he's kind of boasted about all his physical accomplishments in like boxing and karate and stuff so, I feel like that may be his "protective" way of flirting? For me, as a Virgo, one thing I really don't do is straight up flirt because I'm terrified of being vulnerable and getting rejected. Just go along with it I dont see any reason to have any concerns or questions. I think you know he is interested you just want confirmation.

Well, i'm just curious to know what you virgo guys do when you're interested? Like do you text the girl a lot? Do you not flirt because you're afraid of getting rejected? What attributes do you find appealing? I'm only going off my personal Virgo tendencies but my Venus is also in Leo so I can be kind of crazy in the love department sometimes lol.

I guess mostly because he straight up said I wasn't his type a few months ago, and me fearing rejecting I need like 1000% proof/affirmation before I'll believe that there's an interest. haha

this is basic emotional shit people learn when they first realize there are other humans, and normally have profected at around age 8.

LOL I have told two women that they werent my type both ended up being long relationships. Dont over complicate things by over analyzing the poor guy

I would never say someone is not my type if I am into them. The whole bonding part could be attributed to the solidarity of the community. Like you said, all of you from the same area, relocated in another part of the country.

Its both a blessing and a curse.. sometimes you have to learn to grow and put it aside.. thats the hard part. Alota relationships have gottin a death sentence due to analyzing.

It's hard to tell because I hardlyknow him and right now he lives an hour away but he's moving here in a few months. So I rarely see him. The only physically interaction I have to go off is him telling my friend I'm not his type back in January, but we had never had a full conversation.. And last weekend camping. We hardly even talked camping although I did catch him looking at me a few times near the end, or at least I think he was looking at me. Then as soon as we drove away in separate cars we've been texting ever since. He's initiaed a conversation everyday since then and today I thought it was finally done but then I posted a picture on my snapchat story (basically your "wall" where any of your friends can see, not directed at anyone specific) and h sent me a snapchat message commenting on it.
