Virgo Moons

Do you get distant after telling someone how you feel about them? My Taurus sun Virgo moon man sucks at expressing his feelings, and only does so when he's drunk. And he told me he loved me for the first time after that, things have been different. He just seems very distant. Not texting me as much, doesn't want to hang out on the days we usually hang out. he just says he's "tired" when I ask to hang out.

Depends on how the other person reacts to my confession. If he goes quiet and doesn't say much, I take that as a bad sign and I distance myself. If he tries to sugarcoat it with platitudes like "I'm flattered but.....", I still distance myself. I haven't even actually confessed anything yet.......and I'm still distancing myself.

If he's receptive.......use your imagination

Ahh I see... That makes sense. I didn't have the best reaction because I wasn't in the best mood that night, so that could be why he's being weird.

Back on topic, the thing you need to remember is that Virgos are very sensitive, that's why they erect so many walls around them. To protect their heart. So we're very "x-ray vision" when it comes to other people's response to our confession. We tend to notice the slightest change in vibe and demeanor. And if it's not good, you might as well kiss us goodbye right there and then.

I don't like to be hurt so I'll do my best to keep the negative experience to a minimum. We're no mazochists that's for damn sure.

Damn. Now I feel like I fucked up. Everything was going great, and literally after that night things haven't been the same. 😢 we both have a hard time expressing ourselves, and we're both a little detached. I honestly haven't even brought up what he said, or that night at all.

I got mad at him because he clearly doesn't want to hang out with me this weekend, and I asked him why he's being weird, and he just said "I'm not gonna argue over this". So that didn't work.

You sound needy and a bit of a control freak. You are trying to take the driver seat by promoting him to tell you what you want to hear. No one can control a Virgo remember this. Best to just take it easy and let him do the leading.

Didn't you say you hit mad at him because he didn't want to hang out on he weekend? You got made because he is not doing what you expected. You have expectation of him. I'm not sure how long have you been dating or how serious your relationship is. As a Virgo we hate it when people are trying to control us by guilt trip or temper tantrum.

He can see through you that's why he said "I don't want to argue about this" to avoid conflict. Which means he does care about you and like you but now he does need sometime to process after you show him his side of yourself.

You have done enough to show him you are keen, now give him some space to reach out to you.
