Most helpful Thing for a worn out taurus

So my Taurus best friend (also huge crush) is being taken advantage of and is feeling under appreciated because of her generous and kind nature. She told me tonight that the only alone time she gets is in her car.

I know this is very important for Taurus women to have their alone time so how can I comfort her and what can I do to let her know I'm there? I've told her but as you all probably know, she isn't much for expressing gratitude or feelings in words

Ok, what is with Taurus women changing the subject when talking gets deep and serious? It's like she cannot let go and just let me know what she's thinking.

I've never known someone to change the subject more than her. Should I call her out on it or just ignore it and go with the flow? Why does it happen so often?

We are really close friends and she has told me (once) that she likes me and is attracted to me but I just can't get her to talk about anything serious without her changing the subject.

I am going away for three months and she said she can't think about it because it makes her cry but when I brought it up again she just played it off.
