Does anyone know whether or not Virgos are prone to nostalgic thoughts? I know I am; I am always stuck in the past, pining for a chance to return to "better" days when I was very young. I know we are prone to depression and sadness, which I am sometimes prone to, but I haven't heard much about nostalgia.

what u too i love my past memories they were fill with joy and times were so much easier compare to now.

I would think that every person tends to cherish the good times from the past. I think this is something we have to do if we are going to heal healthily ...... because if we didn't, then we would hold in just as high regard, all the horrible times from the past as well, and then we would decline as a person, rather than heighten.

Seems normal for a person to pine away for everything in the past that was right for them .... we all want that back.

However, when this gets people in trouble is when they attempt to apply it to relationships, and since nearly every aspect of our lives involves some sort of relationship with another person .... in here is where the issue with it comes into play ... because people grow, so there's no way to ever have what you had with that person.

This seems to be a common theme with people .. they will be in a partnership with a person and over time the two people change/the reltionship changes, just as life is suppose to do .. and rather than these two people changing WITH each other, they fight against the changes ... and want the relationship to stay forever the way it was.

With Virgo's specifically, I can see how this could be a calamity in their intimate relationships, and a hindrance for peace of mind, which is probably why they suffer depression ..... because the Virgo thinks long and hard before making a decision and then once they do decide, they cement it in concrete and are unyielding .. so when the change occurs, and it will occur, since life always changes .. the Virgo is then left in an illusion of how it was, rather than in the reality of how it is right now.

I can actually identify within my Virgo when he is in a sad mood .. he'll talk about something of what he wants that was from decades ago.

It's suppose to be about cherishing these things, to put a smile on the face as it is remembered, and be satisfied that you lived that in your life .... you fucking lived it, and loved it, and this is why you have this beautiful memory of it. And it's NOT suppose to be about you now having a depressing mood because you are remembering it.

We are suppose to be happy that we lived that ... rather than sad that we aren't living it forever.

Virgo's really are depressing people.

American virgo you'll be fine, just don't worry about it too much.. it's okay to have those moments, we're only human.

Okay. I do have to agree, though, that we are more depressing and grim than other signs. This, I believe, is because we refuse to stick our heads in the sand and ignore what happens in the world. The world isn't a very happy place, if you haven't noticed.
