Virgos and word play

Hi all 🙂

Okay all you virgo men..is this somewhat of a virgo trait to converse with a girl (or anyone for that matter) and try and get a message across without being to direct?....like twisting words around, saying the opposite of what you really mean or are there answers in complete silence?

I was having a converstaion with the virdude i've got feelings for and because of a friend telling him that i only want to be friends with him...he is now under that impression so when i talk to him it now feels like he is trying to be a "friend". He told me that in 3 months he's going to manchester to visit friends for a month. I looked at him and said "you better be coming back"..and he said "yeah i am" but he's going over there in 3 months ".......(goes into think mode)...unless something happens"....does this make sense? am i looking into what he's saying or is this direct as it can get. People who know him closely know that he's indirect when it comes to communictaing (which is why he is misunderstood)

To give an exampple....he can walk around and say "i like this girl, i like that girl, if i was with her i would be a changed man etc"...but when my name gets brought up he bitches, doesn't say anything, changes the subject or says "i don't want to talk about it"...obviously this is cold and comes across as un caring....but i know that he does ahve feelings for me...somewhere and what is confusing me is what is coming out of his mouth. He is convincing people around him that i'm nothing to him( i even think he's trying to convice himself at times by keeping it in his head and not his heart)...so he is coming across like a player (which he found out that people were telling me this for months and he was VERY hurt..even though he didn't specify this)

i know i have to watch him flirt it up with a girl he apparently "likes" but i get the feelings he is holding on to me with what he said about "unless something happens"...also he still stares at me lol..he flirts it up with other girls but still has this intense stare and now it's from afar.

do you virgos say opposite or say something you head tells you to and not your heart?

I remember the night i hooked up with my virgo crush and although we had a bit to drink, he kept "word playing" me through his kissing. I kept on saying to him "ufcking hell boy....stop talking in codes!!!"

At one point he couldn't bring himself to say goodnight to me and we were out in the freezing cold so he said "i can't be bothered walking home and i can't be bothered staying out here with you"....he wanted to go home with me lol

is that indirect or what? lol

Yes, he does like you.
Yes, he is hinting "if something happens" ie you hooking up with him.
Yes, he wants people to believe what he wants them to, where you are concerned.

I would think after being on this board as long as you have, you would know all this by now.

I have not been on this board that long and i'm still reading up on old threads. This is how bloody confusing this little shit is. I worry that i'm interpreting what he does for how i WANT to see it. Not for how it is and it doesn't help that he's getting all hot and bothered by another girl either....i'm trying to see if he actually does like her or if he's just being a ......male lol

Of course he's going to stare at you while flirting with other women...he's a man!!!!

I wouldnt believe a word he says til he makes you a committed couple. He's not going to tell people about you because he's keeping his options open.

If a man isnt taking you out, taking you out in public, making it known he wants to be with you, you can damn well assume he's seeing/flirting/sleeping with other women...guarantee it

He doesnt want to talk about you because he's got too many other options - time to move on or just enjoy the ride while he's offering it - dont get your heart stuck on him 🙂

A witty, arousal-driven word play or sexy verbal teasing will trump a string of sweet nothings anyday!

There is NOTHING like being with a woman that can keep up with the "verbal dance". Its one of those things that will keep me coming back to a woman and not get bored with her.

Its one of those subtle things I seek out to the point where if I get the feeling the best response she can return is "huh?", "What?", "oh....", then BYE BYE.

i would have to agree vh those are the ones who can keep me.. the others just bore me urggg we really do belong in a female sign.. looks is not enough for us.

OMG I had to post! Yes they do word play.

My virgo does it all the time! I do it too, but we word play in
different ways. I have a habit of speaking in riddles.. and he
somehow finds ways to reverse phrases or words which other people use
as a method of questioning whether they really mean what they say..

He's very clever that way. Rarely do we stump one another though 🙂
I think this is what I really liked about him when I
first met him... that he just "GOT" what I said lol
There wasn't that usual perplexed look, nope, he just answered
right back haha

His type of word play is usually in the form of a question,
and when answered incorrectly he quickly chops your head off.
He can stump others which is hilarious to watch.. one phrase is all it takes..
But not moiii *beams* .. it's a stimulation of the minds..

It's fun. It's even better when it turns naughty 😉

Well then i guess it's a good thing that i picked up on this lol...it's starting to make me remember past convo's we have had and seeing if he used his verbal dance with me 😛

What about this.....saying " i know YOU want me" OR " i know YOU love me"....like he's trying to put these thoughts in MY head lol....😛
