Virgos Changing

Being a Virgo myself, I've discovered, that I'm a lonely person; not suffering, just more appreciative of it. I've usually had a hard time in school as far as making friends, becuase I was so unconventional, no matter what I did I just didn't feel comfortable blending in or being with a 'group' I wanted to do my own thing; I couldn't do something if it just didn't suit me or if I didn't believe in it, and I usually thought that certain things we're just dumb; I never regreted not talking to people becuase I was never desperate, or clingy. I can open up my mouth and stun people (speeches we're my specialty because I was so confident with speaking to people) I just didn't like talking to people for the sake of talking; I hated routine, and anything that could be predictable becuase I never really felt it was worthy or worth dedicating intrest towards. I always had my thoughts focused forward, on new things, and anything that hadn't beed 'formed' yet, anything that was 'still in the dark/process' was my thing; I like anything veiled and figuring things out. I was wondering if being out of the usual is a trait present in the virgoan temperment in general; we are introverts yes, but we possess many a strange dynamic traits. I was wondering if this is who we are when we remove the impressions of modesty, and shyness; lol I remember talking to my fourth grade teacher about being shy; he asked why I was and I just laughed in his face. I retorted with, 'You think I'm shy! How do you REALLY know that? What if I just haven't found anything fun to talk about? Things are just boring!!' He scratched his head and walked off.....

any other Virgos this way? I never PURPOSELY stuck out; I didn't do this to show that I was cool becuase I was some kinda rebel, I just went with what I thought even though people didn't like it. Pleasing/serving people was something I was never really in to, so it came off as shyness, aloofness, ect.....but really I KNEW for a fact what was going on inside of myself; I was told I gave off an aura of arrogance....

Interacting on DXP has shown me the typical 'virgoan' disposition, and some virgos (more than most) have shown me an element of 'change'.....we're almost 'divided' in a way; we all have the hallmarks of great, and deep intelligence, and a strong character with often inflexible beliefs/ideas, tolerance, and a sense of sarcasm/wit. but some of us are more 'forward paced' than others. I'd like to know who I have to talk with in order to explain this virgoan tempermant to. So many people think that they have us 'figured out' but they've only attained an idea of is that they're comfortable with, when in fact there's something more than what we may offer on the surface. I'd like to take the time to discover this.

yeah, well I know you virgos have plenty more to offer than what is on the surface...a lot of people wonder why I bother wasting my time...but I know you virgos are worth more than you seem....you don't have to tell me twice..=P

now I know I'm gonna sound crazy when I tell you this but let me admit...my last new virgo contact was last week at a bus station on my way to tampa to see my friend(a pisces)..He wanted me to sit beside him on the bus and acted like he wanted to take care of me and I was talking to his mother as well. He seemed very nice (he was deaf though)..but I was sitting thinking about signs cause there was something about this guy that just fascinated me and I thought how could I ever find out when this guy is deaf. Well his mom told me how great a communicator he was despite his disability...and I started talking to him and he was very interested in everything I was saying but at the same time he couldn't stay stuck on one thing..I could tell he was thinking very fast. He had somethings timed out, and he was very restless but very punctual and polite..and then I looked at him..examining him physically..his eyes and his skin and then I went back to showing him my yearbook and it hit me!! He's virgo!! Cause his physical features reminded me so much of my virguy and the virgo vibe was all I could get from him. And I asked him his birthday..and he typed it on his phone...Sept 6!!

lol I knew it!! haha.. I love you virgos. I told his mom, "I feel sorry for your son. I'm really obsessed with virgos. It hit me as I was observing him sitting next to me."

I had a lot of fun with them and some other people on the bus joined in our conversation about the astro signs..

It's never really intentional the 'sticking out' thing. I just find myself doing it rather than 'planning'. The weird thing is I'm so private; I can't stand people riding me about opening up; I'll do it when I'm ready. When I've 'figured you out' and rendered you as 'worthwhile' I'll speak, if not, I move past you like you don't exist. btw, I was born September 6th, RC....I can be insesitive, and bluntly honest; nothing I hate more than talking to someone I'm not absolutely facinated with; you'll never know it because I'm usually so cool, but you might....

I was like that when younger, but age has seemed to help me loosen up a bit. Or to play the part when needed. Some of it also depends on the people around me. Like you stated... if you are worthy, you will know more. My good friends see many sides to me but strangers will see what I want them to.

I bet we would scare most people if they knew just how much is going on under the calm, "COOL" UNEMOTIONAL virgo. There are very few who get to see that side of me. The "IN"-side. Complex and multi-tasking all the time. Stratagists and home-makers. Warriors and kings. I think part of our appeal for those who REALLY know us, is the lack of self we display. The shyness, even though we should be very confident and bold based on our overall intellect and abilties. (Not to mention looks). Alot of us are very good-looking and multi-talented, but we down-play (naturally) our own gifts. Again that's part of the virgo appeal. You have to uncover us to find us.

Jwalker, you do a Virgo justice; I couldn't have said it any better. I was always afraid I intimidated people easily, so I when into a 'shy' phase. I didn't want to hurt anybody who didn't want to hurt me, so I would get reclusive, afraid to interact with people because I was afraid that I'd somehow overpower them somehow without realizing it. I placed 'chains' over myself for what? That's why I was so 'shy' my conscience beat me for a long time, and that's apart of the reason why I hold back in everything I do....that's not really who we are at all, we're usually pretty gregarious, daring, courageous folk and like company, but we need our space as well. Being multi-talented comes easy to me as well, because I'm a very broad person; life facinates me, and disgusts me, but it's in these moments that I find essential clues for self/soular discovery. I was afraid that I shined too brightly and I was hurting other people. because of that I at times have it hard trying to assert myself, because I don't want to do that at the risk of hurting someone else.

I have to say we're an intense lot underneath that cool, unemotional facade; we are masters of self-control/discipline, and as a result, come off one way, when we are quite the opposite. My strength is internal, and never fails me, which is why I can sacrifice; I know I'll be cool but it's other people I worry about.....I have Mars in Aries, alot of good it does me though because I'm afraid of using that energy. Basically, I'm afraid of 'exploding'.....is that the 'real' me? is it just a 'part' of me? it's scary destroying yourself. We're Scorpios in Reverse; we've got all their strengths and not too many of their weaknesses....

something else I've been thinking about; our sign is about 'expulsion & retension' controling and letting go. That makes for a Very 'bipolar' person. Scorpio is all about explusion, but Virgo is stuck between her wants and her sense of right and wrong. both equally strong forces inside her yet somehow, she manages not to be crushed by them; amazing huh? She outputs a weaker personality as a means to 'occupy' the world at large untill she learns to 'master' her own powerful emotions/intellect; until she can reconcile with these forces that bubble inside her below anyones vision, she must find her self the core of who she is; the soul.

it's not nervous tension in her....it's a war; a private hell she rather wage on her own than to ask for help. It's her battle, and she dosen't want anyone else to get involved. This is usually the way I see Virgo and her personality; an extremely gifted person in all areas of life that is plauged by a gnawing feeling of self-induced apprehension. 'I must suppress myself (sacrifice) so other don't catch wind of my true self'

although we explode, we are intellectual beings too, so we are simply watching ourselves until we realize, 'yep, I made an ass of myself; and I've got no one to blame but myself' we've an ego, and dignity, and we have the expansiveness to realize when we are just wrong, and will learn from mistakes, because we want not to be perfect, but to reach that elusive 'pinnicle' of self-discovery that just keeps on expanding and thus, it seems as if we're perfectionist; we're dreamers in the sense that we chase a goal-line that just keeps on moving becuase we are constantly forced/willing to grow as a result of life experiences. I think there's a certain impatience in our character, so when we don't meet our goals when WE want them met, we get pissed off, because we lose sight of the details surprisingly; we get caught up in the idea that:

'Yes, I should make this; and all should go according to plan this is perfect'

We can get a little cock-sure when it comes to planning things because we get a little too lofty, and lose the practical side but not entirely.

I know I keep running my mouth so I'll make the rest of my posts shorter. I just have this thing of making it known that I know what I'm talking about, but I'd rather get to the point; I was taught that any explanation lacking detail is weak in argument, and is sure to lose; hoping you appeal to an audience with out any point, and details to back each other, you'll crash and burn easy.

*cough ahem! * lol I was saying that we're Scorpions but we've all the essential traits of Human signs. We are aware of our own powerful drives, (as most humans are) but we have a powerful new force to contend with; the Intellect, so we are in essense the struggle of the ego stuck between the Id, and the Super Ego....Having strong forces like these inside you can make anyone uptight and pissed off because you know you have to keep yourself in check, but you need an outlet for your reserved energy. The difference between Scorpio, and Virgo is we possess a finer sense of 'conscientiousness' and don't fault others for our problems, which makes us seem modest; it's just self-resoponsibility that will lead to an more powerful, independent personality. We're works in progress, becuase we are always growing, and are of a humbling growing person; no ego to really knock us down for long.

however, the best part of being a 'rising consciousness' sign, such as Virgo is that when you reach the personal 'limit' for yourself, you'll be akin to the Eagle for Scorpio; You'll have the 'wings' of an Angel/God/dess. People fail to focus on that though.

trust me, It all comes right out of the old noggin' don't send me off yet! I got alot more to give. Like a Virgo, we have our ways of Shocking people....

I've gotten to a point in my life where I've learned to 'reconcile' logic and intuition the best of both worlds you know? by finding meritt in both of these forces, the 'bipolarity' is diminished, or destroyed, and the soul is working in unison with all the forces in the person. You have contacted your 'inner self' and I listen to these words. I listen to my gut, Virgo rules the guts, so just listen and you'll learn.

lol, yeah, RC, some of us DO grow slower....but this is because some don't listen to their 'higher self/inner self' and as a result, loose out. We're not perfect, ergo, 'we're works in progress'.

I noticed that Scorpio, and Virgo both have to do with 'transformation' but the process, and details pertaining how it happens differ. a Virgo that is overly detailed, analytical, and fussy.....is not reaching their potential, and their pissed off because of it. I have to say this sign can go far, if it only heeds it's natural self.....so much of Virgoan behavior is in Scorpio, and Scorpio in Virgo....we're linked and if all goes well our conciousness/strengths expand alot farther therefore, 'rising consciousness' signs because they focus generally on the development of the human nature for better or for worst, and both of these signs can get down right evil if they don't learn self-responsiblity/ self-disipline; Virgo now that it's 'forced to live with' gemini on Mercury is a Bad spot for us, because it narrows the vision and takes away from the ability for the person to fathom farther than the details....it's simple when you just listen to yourself....when you trust yourself.

VE it's that multi-talented thang again. You know brains mixed with beauty.....What can we DO? LOL

multitasking.....lol I'd say this is because we're like a power-reactor that contains both Fire, and Ice in it; the idea is that we contain two 'adversarial forces' in us, and results in something weird/contrary that's bound for innovation: when you are a product of two or more forces, you contain in you the power of both generations, there by making you the rightful successor.

Aloha VE: you sure have impressed me with your words....at first I thought you were crazy but it amazes me that these words can come out of such a young person but that's life....
