virgos what type of friends do you Have.
I have like 3 close friends all of them older than me, 2 of them are Virgos, the other is a Gemini. One of my virgo friends is like my equal, its almost scary how much we're alike. The other virgo friend, she annoys me at times because she makes little taunting comments and thinks its funny but I don't find it funny at all. She also has a bit of a temper, and is never afraid to say what's on her mind. On the flip side of that, when she's not making snotty remarks, she's funny as hell, and has a very caring side that I appreciate. The Gemini friend, I can be real with her and can talk to her about anything. However, I find that even though she is considerably older, she can be very immature at times, making fun of people behind their backs like a highschool teenager which can be annoying.
All in all, they have their faults, as do I, and we all get on each others nerves from time to time but we're all still friends lol.

my type of friends which are like 6 close friends are people who are intelligent funny good manners and people thats not to loud i dont like loud people lmao.
i guess i like people who are similar to me hehehe.

Something I've thought about for quite some time and here seems like a perfect place to address it ....
Do you think people tend to view theirself as perfect?
I don't mean in the arrogant sense ...
Look at how friends are described, and if another person is just like you then that makes them really good, doesn't it?
because then look at how the ones not like you are being described ... their negative qualities are identified, whereas if someone is like you, ONLY the positive qualities are identified.
and by 'you' I mean third person

My two best, best friends are aquarius'. I can talk to them for hours. In a crowd I am more of the quiet one. They are loud and outgoing. I guess I kind of live vicariously through them in public. They are very intelligent women and they are always involved in a greater cause. We learn from one another. They are both very different though. One calls me crying a lot and I let her vent. Boy oh boy does she vent.....she is prolix in her determination to explain her pain. She is the one that tends to take on my hobbies and try and make it seem as though she thought of it on her own, LoL. Or she'll say, "I'm getting ready to copy you but at least I told you." What? She is the classic aquarius. It's all about her. Other than that, we get along so well. My other friend is more evolved. She is very, very smart and down to earth to no end. I can say whatever the hell I want to her and she doesn't get offended. She gets my sense of humor. I can let my gaurd down with her and I love it. In general, aquarius women are drawn to me or I'm drawn to them for some reason.
I had a scorpio friend before. She tried everything to make my life miserable. She was sneaky and invidious but she always wanted to hang around me. I had to cut her off.

I don't know if the word perfect is how one can describe it, but yes. People do tend to view themselves as having better traits then others. We're told to believe in ourselves and uplift ourselves but giving others credit where it is due isn't always done. We voice THEIR faults. We have to be able to be aware of what we say, especially since we are all adults.
Sometimes when people seek out friends or mates, they look for those that have what they lack (even then, we still internally pick out the negatives). It's about acceptance, really. I personally, would not want to be with someone who is exactly like myself. I like to expand my mind.

Lmao I don't think I'm perfect (of course no one is), but the OP did ask "What are your friends like?" so, I described what my friends are like. I also mentioned in my post that they have their faults AS DO I. Nowhere in my post did I reference that I was "good" or that my other friend was "good." So if the question had originally been "What are YOU like, then I would have stated MY qualities, good, bad or indifferent.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Don't worry about it Virgobeauty. I've come to realize that she likes to ruffle people's tailfeathers.
my type of friends are Fun with Good Attitudes/Good Heart.It doesn't matter to me about their standards either low or high as long as they represent they true self.......

In the general spectrum, the kind that now how to laugh and be silly. When I'm not overworking myself, humor is a big thing to me. If I'm not in an off mood, I'm laughing and joking around. So I need to be around people who can do the same with me.
Also, in a vague sense, people who can fulfill what I lack.

I think that it is sad that people are calling other people stupid on here. People are just mean for no reason.
Surprisingly most of my friends are other virgos. I'm neutral friendly with a lot of acquaintances, but have less than a hand full of friends in my inner circle.
mine are a lot like me or a part of me. i rarely make friends that are completely different than i am. though i socialize with many. the ones i end up really close to are either: mischievious (hehehe), BIG hearts (i like buddying up when my do-gooderness kicks in), Intellectual (need someone to keep me on my toes), Health Oriented (who wont get bored with discussing things like this while we're staying active), Business Minded (a passion of mine), and love kids/nature animals OR
say it as they see it. (can say out loud what others are thinking but wont dare say it) but of course - a good sense of humour!
though i do tend to have catagories. i got my partners in crimes, my do-gooders, my health/fitness/athlete, my intellectual/business minded, and my classy's, plus my ghettoes (i grew up with who moved away and came back like that lol),
my laid back open minded ones (usually my advice people or gossip buddies)
I usually keep one close from each group.

Leo's, Pisces and Virgos are partners in crime use to be scorpio in there too but got messed over by so many scorp females i got rid of them and kept the men for my advice buddies..
aquarius, scorpio, virgo, gemini pisces and aries are my advice or resources,
serious/sensative things i talk to virgo, cap, leo gemini cancer pisces or scorpio.
just for fun: taurus, leo virgo or aries.

I only have a couple virgo coworkers that i get along with that i would call friends. But even so we don't really hang out much outside of work. I'm a sept. 18 virgo with scorpio moon and pisces rising, therefore my closest friends are either cancer, scorpio or pisces. The rest of my friends are either libras or aquas, whom i have fun with but it's usually not as much as an emotional level.
Any other virgos feel like earth signs are just too practical or similar to themselves to make a great friendship?

Yes, I feel the same. I like to have friends that have what I lack. Aquas are cool but you're right, can be unemotional. I do like leo men as friends because (even though they might not want to admit it) they are very sensitive (I don't mean like, getting their feelings hurt type sensitive) and emotional. They cry a lot (the ones that I know). Pisces men are also emotional in which I like. I don't really have too many female friends, mostly men. The ones that I do have are aquas and they cry too but they feel like they are the only ones that have the right to cry. I have to listen and be strong for them. They don't want to hear my problems, LoL.
