Which Sign Do You Think Lies The Most?

So, I came home last night to no water in my place.

It doesn't even phase me anymore, when something like that happens, as my Pisces landlord is just...the whole "doesn't keep up with bills" thing applies, let's leave it at that.

So I call his cell, because he's not home, and when I finally got a hold of him I simply stated,

"There's no water."

Him: "What? What's wrong with it?"

Me: (o_o)+ no answer. Just...no answer. Just...no answer. Just...(-_-) *aggravated, disgusted sigh*

Him: *loud, overdramatic sigh* do you have the number?

Me: (o_o) + no answer. Why the f'ck would I have the number to the water authority? You own the house, and pay the water bill, srsly?

Him: Do you know what happened?

Me: Finally losing my f'n cool "Oh, I don't know--maybe you didn't pay the bill?"

Him: What? Of course I did! I'll call them, I'll call you right back.

Phone rings about 5 minutes later.

Him: Those mf'ers--they came to turn off the water in the NEIGHBOR'S house, cuz they're moving, right? So they shut ours off instead, by mistake. Then they tell me, "we can't make it back out there tonight, because it's too late in the day" and I'm all "YOU'D BETTER COME OUT HERE AND FIX THIS! YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO SHUT OFF THE WATER!"

Me: (-_-) while thinking "does this fuktard really think I'm one of his airheaded bimbo coksuckers—"

He then asks me to write a note and sign it in his name, to tape to his front door so they can shut it back on when they return to the property.

I write said note, go out to tape it to his front door...and lo and behold, a notice from the water authority which showed that he owed over $ 300.00, and that's why they shut the damn water off.

dayamn fuckin landlords. I would see why ud say pisces lies more than any other sign. I dunno, I think saggies lie more from what ive seen. Saggies lie to themselves is the big diff before lying to someone else

Now, I'm not going to pretend I'm an angel--I lie sometimes, but they're white lies; and if I've ever told a lie on a grandoise scale, it's gonna be some Carmen SanDiego lie, that you'll NEVER be able to trace.

But this guy, and a lot of other Pisces I'm not longer friends with (because of these lies) have told me some really...reaaaaaly unecessary fibs. I mean, I understand that it's awkward to say "I did forget to pay the bill", but damn--he could have said, "they claimed they had a problem withdrawing from the account I set up to pay my monthly bills...I just checked, and I had $ 20.00 less than I should have had in there...that was my fault--I'm sorry about that".

But no--he had to use the neighbors (who I don't believe are moving) and lie on the guys who shut off the water (who I could have been angry enough to wait around for, and go off on WRONGFULLY), just to TRY to save face--he never even apologized!

So I sent him a text message he has not yet replied to, simply stating,

"I think it's more embarrassing to lie to me about this than it is to just say you didn't pay the bill. They left a slip showing how much you owed them. I have no idea why you're trying to insult my intelligence".

I've been having problems sending texts lately, so there's a chance he never got it--as I would imagine he'd be all,

"No! Really! You can call the water authority! Oh, no...wait...they're closed...well...well I wouldn't lie, like why would I lie about that?? Like...anyways, so you watching this movie that's on?? Isn't it funny??"

I...HATE liars. I can't stand it. I don't see me living here for much longer, I'm already taking a look at other places online, and might contact a realtor.

He's lied to me before, and used other people in the lie (who didn't know they were being used). He's so terrified of telling ANYONE the truth, and that's why he's such a miserable prick. Then he wonders why I don't speak to him anymore when I bring him the rent--why waste my time, if everything out of your mouth is a damn lie? Unbelievable.

Yeah, I'm voting Pisces for this one.
Second place, in my experiences, goes to Leo. Lord, I love you guys, but you can lieeeeeeee...

I mean, I debated on making this topic--it's not a Pisces bash topic, I swear--but I've been lied to SO BADLY by male Pisces, female Pisces, younger, older, White, Black...

One Pisces guy I stopped speaking to for about 4 years bumped into me last winter, and he apologized profusely for all the lies he'd told me in the past. I shrugged it off, but it brought back bad memories, and he decided to be honest with me...for once,

"We lie," he said. "We do it mostly because we might feel intimidated by the other person (we don't like to be yelled at, so we try to tell a lie to calm things down...but it makes things worse...) we also do it because we feel like the truth will either make us look stupid (air-headed) or boring, so we try to...like, spice things up a bit..."

That just made me angrier, LMFAO.

Needless to say the cell number he gave me to give him a call that weekend, to "hang" got *mysteriously* dropped in the parking lot.

Me no tink so.

Gemini is kind of up there, even if I do like them. I know a couple of gems who can literally talk through their teeth.

HOWEVER seeing that this IS an astrology board, from an astrological standpoint i would say the best *natural* liars would be gemini and virgo - due to mercury influence. 2nd and 3rd place would be capricorn and pisces. the difference is , capricorn refuses to lie. they are very honest and have lots of dignity. but when they choose to lie, they can LIE. pisces may have the natural skill to lie but their over-emotional minds and fantasy like perceptions can lead them to be unbelievable.

libra would also be a good liar.

worst liars would be sagittarius and aquarius

I really don't want to slam pisces. I love them.

However, my youngest son is a pisces and can lie like nobodys business. I can't stand it. Drives me insane. I'm usually very good at reading people but I can never tell when he is lying.

I also dated a Taurus who was a professional liar. He was dating me and three other chics at the same time and got caught. I did get him really good afterwards though. *evil laugh*

Wow, yeah--Taurus that I've known have never been good with lies--their eyes and shifty/nervous body language is a dead giveaway. But they'll tell you right after, when you accuse them of lying, "SO WHAT? FINE, I DID IT! WTF YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT? HUH?!" I have to admire that, LMFAO. Just come clean--face the consequences, because most lies are unecessary, and will kill any relationship (friendship or otherwise) you could have with a person.

Of all the astrological signs that I have dealt with, Geminis and Cancers (and no, I'm not saying that they are all like this). Can you imagine a Gemini with a lot of placements in Cancer or the reverse? Eeesshhh.

Not only am I a good liar (when I absolutely MUST lie) but I can cry on cue and have been able to fool teachers and bosses alike by doing so.

And trust me when I say this, my lies? Fake documentation will be photoshopped into creation, birth certificates forged, buildings blown up to hide evidence, and gifted gardeners will already be planting beautifully distracting roses over the dead bodies in the garden by sunrise.

If you're going to do it, do it RIGHT! Or don't do it at all.

I'm a giggler, lmfao--so no, if the lie depends on a straight face and lots of eye contact, I'll crack up

BUT...I will make sure the story is solid, so that even if you went behind my back to attempt to dispute it, you'd meet up with brick walls.

I STILL have people trying to figure out lies I told in elementary school, LOL.

I don't lie often, as I like to be upfront with people--and have actually told people "I just don't like you" or "you annoy me" or "your voice makes me want to kick puppies", etc. It's a high. But if I've ever lied (done if something important is in jeopardy) then yeah, I'm thinking of the story, alibis, documentation, witnesses...

when im lied to by a virgo, i usually dont find it out until weeks later, or never at all, and im shocked ...

maybe if they are put in a position to specifically lie about something, yea it may be a little obvious (they tend to laugh when they lie ive noticed) but if they really need to lie to save thir self, they speak it as if its actually the truth. i like to think i have a very good bullshit detector but when a virgo lies my meter doesnt pick it up at all. maybe part of it is that i expect them to be so honest (because usually they are) so i dont suspect anything. but then again ive known very untrustworthy virgos as well who have been known to lie about EVERYTHING..

again im gonna say its the mercury influence. cause i see it in gemini as well; when they lie they dont really lie, they tell you a warped truth that you dont suspect anything is wrong with it

And yea i think Libras are great liars but you dont have to watch out for me as much as a saggi

I logged into his email, just to be nosey. I seen this conversation going back and forth between .......

I replied, as him, telling her he was getting married. I told her that he had "forgotten" to tell her.

It's hard to tell who is the most deceptive .. since it comes in all forms, not just outright lies .. it is even present in those people who think they are honest and hate liars.

You, yourself, told many lies in here in dxp and then just went on about your business like it was just another day ... completely clueless that a fabrication coming from yourself is also a deception.

Of course, most people are like that .. it's only a lie when someone else does it.

I'm sorry that you are dealing with that CLCNY. That is a very frstrating situation to be in. I'm in a similar postion with my roommate. She's a capricorn, and come to find out that she hasn't paid electric bill in over 2 months, and if we don't pay by Sept. 3rd, then it's being cut off. See what had happened was, I paid my portion to her when she asked for it. So, if it gets shut off, then so be it. I've paid my portion of it. She has gone and spent it. On whatever she deemed important to go and spend it on. I have no control over that.

Also come to find out, she's been collecting unemployment checks for the last year, which she clearly failed to specify when we signed the lease together. Now they are cutting her off, because there are people who actually have mouths to feed. They gave her 3 months in one check and said that that was that. See what had happened was, she knew this 2 months ago, has failed to get a job during that time, and has spent the unemployment check. So, now we're not going to be able to make rent because she can't afford her portion.

She owes so many people money through her "company" that nobody in town wants to do business with her. Irresponsible people annoy the fuck out of me. I hate it on so many levels. Just admit that there's a problem so that we can all be adults about the situation and DEAL with it. Why let something manifest into an even bigger problem—? What is that gonna solve?

I hope everything is able to work out. That is very frustrating. It's one thing if you put yourself into that position, because then you can slap your own wrist. But can you really slap the wrist of an adult— No you can't..... and that is a frustrating feeling within itself.

WOW! Yeah, no--you have the patience of a saint, because I'd just start in with the gold ole Virgo hurtful word bashing, and she'd be crying. I am an excellent liar, im so good i even convince myself sometimes! infact i have always wondered if i could pass a lie detector test because there are some things in my past that have actualy convinced myself didnt happen! lol

That being said i am a really honest person, i like to trick people quite a lot and am very good at keeping a straight face but i always come clean in the end. I am a firm believer in with holding information rather then telling a lie or using ways to get round it. I will not tell someone they look nice if they dont eg: "What do you think of my hair?" me: "wow thats different when did you get that done?" which means it looks awful so i am not going to pretend to compliment you lol

I go with Pisces as #1, in my experience they're manipulative, I think it's to compensate for their shortcomings/insecurities and they want to feel they got one up on ya. Gems probably follow a close second, a lot of double talk there - not sure why, control issues maybe given that they're airheads, IDK! Then, Virgos, but they don't do so maliciously, it's to get ahead or not lose out (not that it justifies anything in my mind).

Funny; I looked up my birthdate, and i was born on the day of LANGUAGE. I am the grandmaster of wordplay and manipulation, so i can twist perceptions and their idea\'s into something far stronger than before, but there are many people born on my day who are cheaters, liars and con-artist. Although i sound like i love to talk about myself (not at this moment, at least 😄 ), I have found it quite easy to lie, but I don\'t do it on a large scale (such as this users description of a liar), but i do it, so people can get off my back when they want to know shit that really isn\'t their business.

Ex: Me getting hit by a car or when i was helping my gal move into my house or people wanting to know the reason why i am not married (like as if it is a big deal for every adult to be after a certain year, so they get fucking curiously stupid and begin instigating on my personal life and force me to clam out), but yeah...that\'s about it.

Unless...

One exception before everyone jumps on my boat, is this, \"i don\'t go asking for your problems, so don\'t go asking for mine\". With that being said, I often find myself toying with people, and making up random and stupid stories, or i tell them to fuck off. More often than not, I use the first one with people whom I am acquainted, and the \"FUCK OFF is specifically left for the people i don\'t know at all.
