My favorite "workout" takes place in the bedroom and isn't for public description. 😈
J/K My favorite way to exercise is playing team sports. It's a fun way to work up a sweat and burn calories, get your cardio in, all while hanging out with friends.
The routine I've been doing lately is mixing up some Cassey Ho Pop Pilates, Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown, and some Billy Blanks Tae Bo at home, and of course getting in some treadmill time. I'll hit the gym a couple times a week to work with the punching bag and weights. I wouldn't call myself a gym bunny either really but it feels good to keep the endorphin buzz going and crank up the metabolism.

I personally need to be outdoors, it's more fun that way, than being stuck in a gym or yoga class, examples, playing tennis horribly, hiking, walking, riding a bike, etc.
I recall tho, telling the Virgo how good avocados were, mind you i'm a health freak in my brain, but a total horrible eater in reality, you won't find me doing anything healthy for myself. Well this guy was like really Avocados, next thing you know he's telling me the prices of Avocados how expensive they are, telling me how he eats it, uses it. He totally got into it.
He's very into his health, but than everything also makes him sick, even guilt.

If I remember correctly, the fascination with health mostly has to do with the 6th house (Virgo's ruling house), what planets are positioned there and which sign is on the cusp. I have Cancer on the cusp which creates a direct emotional connection to how I approach work and my health; like if I start feeling stressed then I start getting headaches and my stomach will act up and whatnot, but if I'm feeling healthy and well-balanced I tend to be in a good mood. That house is empty for me except for my Lilith in Leo which seems to encourage some obsession around work routine and health and also feeds the vanity lol. Health and looking good are closely tied in my world.

Yeah what iss with the stomach, it can be the most sensitive spot when having sex and the most painful when you are stressed. Why is that?
Virgo is supposed to rule the intestines. I get kind of a double shot of it because I have a Cancer Moon and Cancer is also connected to the stomach, but with a Virgo stellium like yours I'm really not surprised that you could face some issues there if you get upset.

Good god woman....so when exactly do you do anything else lol jk.
LOL It's really not as much as it sounds like it is. I made a routine out of setting aside an hour a night to get exercise in. It's gotten to where I actually start to miss it and begin feeling like crap if I skip a few days.click to expand

Becoming a health nut slowly, it comes with age.
I don't think following some gym "guru" makes much sense, you can simply read online about good exercises. Few simple but undervalued tips would be:
1. Limit total exercise time to 47 minutes, after which it would simply go to waste.
2. Train 2-3 different muscle groups per session.
3. Eat/drink an after workout meal 20 minutes after finishing. My favorite is grains (vitamin B, very beneficial) with berries (vitamin C) and banana (fructose) in milk (lactose, proteins).
4. Find exercises that fit your body type best, people are shaped differently.
5. Be sure to train lots of different muscle groups.
6. Stretch.
7. Take days off, give your body rest.
My routine consists either of 15-40km cycling, and 20 minutes on the machines or lifting weights and doing abs. Working out isn't rocket science.

I'm not a gym rat...as when I go...I never know what to do...vids seem so much more structured for me...only down fall is the couch is right there lol
