What the f are you supposed to say to this question in an interview?? I'll be interviewing for a labor and delivery position in a magnet status hospital and i'm so damn nervous.. I know they will ask me this and i'm going to draw a blank.. Any suggestions? and not "just say your weaknesses" no shit! haha what im asking is are there any deal maker or breaker answers?
