Just found out about Zodiac Cusps and need help!

hi guys, so I just found out about this Zodiac Cusps thing and correct me if im wrong. it means I have the energy of both zodiacs? depending on the dates tho?

does this affect the compatibility of the person Im chasing after? Im chasing someone who is a virgo, a PURE virgo. no cusps.
