I'm working on my biggest project yet over 1 acre, 6 lots a whole city block he bought up and is turning into a high end assisted living facility. I charged a little under 40k for the plans which seems like a lot. But then he will sell (if he sells) for 30+ mill profit easily because of the area. But knowing his company, he'll hold onto it and it'll feed his family for generations to come.
