Aquarius and Libra does it work?

I am an Aquarius and in a current relationship with a Libra man. this Libra finds it difficult to make decisions and is sometimes very negative. I am the shy, sensitive, discreet type of Aquarius. I wonder if anyone could give me a tip if this relationship has a chance to succeed.
