With mine we were in his room watching a movie after his friends had left (he had a theater setup in his bedroom; that's where everyone hung out) and I looked at him kind of playfully, but he moved in for the kiss.
Relationships though are always on their terms, in their time. No one will be able to take it further emotionally until they're damn good and ready. 😄

I have done both. i can ignore my interest or i will be flirty ( what i consider flirting may not even be flirting lol) depends on the place and who's around TBH.
