What are you doing when you feel angry at something or somebody?
Are you straightforward or hold it in like a ticking timebomb?
super straight forward. I have temper tantrums which are few in real life. i sit there, and take it and take it and take it.....and huff and puff and leave and go and whine in my room. lmao!!

in our early days of being together, my husband witnessed my temper tantrums (which i mentioned here before) and omg!!! that man has a temper more than i do. 😆

heehee. i dont know why i'm giggling though. Cause my hubbykins is soooo cute and wuvable even agitated. 😄 😆

so i dont have any temper tantrums anymore, but ONLY if i dont get my way in some cases. like if i dont feel like i'm being treated like a queen. then the sulky behaviour and mopeyness comes out and i wanna run to my room and cry.

so childish. lol but it's what it is.

Haha now i'm not the only one who gets all sarcastic, cynical, and punching someone's face with my resentful words.
I could write a long notes to express my feeling or just straightforwardly speak it up to the person who lit my anger.
It actually takes me some time to be that way, i always tried to use the benefit of doubts and tolerate other person even when they do shitty things to me.
Let things being accumulated, and when it goes to the peak, i myself would even get frightened by my own emotion.
If i feel like there's still some shit able to get fixed, i'd burst it all out just so he/she knows how i really feel about it.
But if there's no hope at all, and i feel that it would be such a waste cause either that person is ignorant, dumb, deaf or immoral enough, i'd just leave and see him/her as a dead pile of flesh already.

I deal with my anger when I can, most of the time it sneaks up on me leaving me thinking I could have handled it better.

I always need to logically solve it, I need to know why I'm angry and why I'm reacting the way I am, sometimes it works sometimes it exacerbates.

I'm a hot headed person and I think I try and hide it by giving off a calm and detached air but I have buttons everywhere and so many things set me off especially if they're in a chain of events it can be tricky for me to recover because I'm not very flexible with problem solving.

But yeh I always exercise when I'm angry
