Aqua friend, who I'd been romantic with in the past has gone totally silent.

I have a feeling it's because our mutual Sagittarius friend who's also a guy, told him we went to dinner. But it was just a dinner! Friends hanging out. That was back in October, and now it seems the Aqua has completely stopped contacting me. I miss my friendship with him! :/

sounds like he doesn't want to get in the way of you and that other guy.

he probably doesn't think he has a chance. Sounds like he's a very passive type of guy who doesn't feel good about himself and thinks, well, if you are so willing to go out with other men, then what's the point of me trying? It's her choice.

also sounds like he needs an aggressive woman to chase him.

this is typical Aqua behaviour, we like to ignore people that make us feel uncomfortable with emotions, it's up to the other person to sway us if we're offended.

step 1. define what it is you want, friendship or more. we're always down for friends.

step 2. if the intention is beyond friends make it very clear you're not playing the field.

equating our preferred type of egalitarianism is feminist non-sense. we're going in halfway and we want to be met there. if you can't meet us halfway theres a dozen other numbers after you

Crisis averted 😛 I just sent him a text yesterday and he was quite receptive. Took him some time to respond, as it would anyone who works during the day lol but he even asked if I wanted to hangout that night. So we're just fine. Thank you everyone! Clearly I just needed to get in touch with him. Aquas are honest, I should remember that.
