when you start seeing someone and everything is going completely perfect, tell them you just want to be friends to slow down the pace because you actually realize you are starting to care about them as more?

oh i wont trust me, i give him as much space as he needs and basically let him call the shots.
im a saggie so i completely understand and respect space.
he said he'll call when he gets back, and until he does im not ganna contact him. he can set up kmore dates in the future when he feels like it.

Wasnt he kinda upset with you for b/c you were okay with it? What happened with that, did he apologize for his little guilt trip move?

well his thing is that if we text, he always thinks im pissed or something, so i had to call him later that day after he got all mad, and explain that i wasnt mad, and that i wont text him because he tends to always assume my emotions in my texts which are always wrong lol.
after i explained on the phone(which was a message cause he made it go to voicemail.. haha)that i was completely fine with it and still would love to hang out and everything else, he later sent me a couple messages saying that he wasnt ignoring me(bs) but packing and then said that he wanted to wish me a merry chirstmas and then he'd call me when he got back from visiting his family. he even added the little "ok?" at the end of the message haha..

which was the complete opposite thing i thought he would do. i thought he would just ignore my message or brush it off to the side and then not speak to me for weeks on end.

sooo yeah..
he'll be gone 2 weeks, so im sure when he gets back things would have settled and everything would be all peachy again.

oh and free food and entertainment! hell yeah im down!

^^^ yup - not just Aquas - men in general - I've noticed guys stereotype women a lot too - if you nag or blah like a chick...they box you as just one of them...if you don't care...then you stand out.

In fact, my guy friends including the Aquas have a standard way for dealing with women issues - like they may have watched their dads treat the moms - rarely do they want to be educated...I guess women get educated too but still fall back on the age old 'he's just a guy'

my guy has an aqua moon (i have a libra moon). i've learned to stay away from txting or emailing important topics...he tends to overanalyze, misinterpret, and stress about everything i say. so for his sanity and mine, we've agreed to talk face to face about anything issues. so far it has worked for us...sometimes we intellectualize our feelings too much, but i think we feel safer that way

wow!! thats exactly what he does!!
if i ever send him a message via textign or messaging or whatever and if its something important, he automatically jumps to the conclusion that im super pissed and cuts off communication when it takes sooo much to make me pissed im usually just concerned and curious.
so thats why i had to call him and tell him over the phone(even though it was a vm) that i wasnt pissed at all.
of course after he finally listens to it and actually sees im not pissed, he texts me.

so i think maybe whenever we start talking again when he gets back, i wanna make that a point to not talk via anything nonverbal if its important.
