The Lonely Angel

Hey Aquakids!! AngelBoy, VE here; Question: do you guys ever feel like....you're A~L~O~N~E? I mean, like you're traveling with some friends/aquaintences, and you are out in space somewhere because you just don't get what anyone is talking about?....My intellect, has always served me/others as a barrier that others seem intimidated/driven off by....I don't understand it....Is intellect, bad? I am intellectual, and have a strong mind, but no one to share it with but my one Aqua Friend....it's pretty lonely...yeah, I've got freedom, and it's great just being able to be/express myself, but I still feel as if I am all alone....that feeling of lonliness is damned depressing; how bout you guyz?

But it also makes me flexible enough to sucessfully understand what is expected of me, when I don't have all the understanding of the social circle; so I get in good as if I've been doing it all my life; it's pretty lonely not having anyone to understand you, REALLY....i always get this feeling as if I'm not 'in' yet, as far as people understanding me; I am funny, capricious, and intelligent, yet I really have no clue as how to UNDERSTAND that I am accepted.

Hey VE...I'm not Aqua sun, but I do have an Aquarius moon, and I can relate to what you wrote. Sometimes I have deep thoughts that even the people I'm closest to find really strange. Wait.......that doesn't make me psychotic does it?!

Sometimes I just wanna talk about 'em to see others' perspectives but they just don't comprehend what I say...plain and simple...even though it seems to me like it would make sense and it's not all that complicated.

And yeah...even when I'm with the people that I know love me, I still feel like a loner from time to time.

Why, TAUries? Because we're obviously so obtuse that none of our ideas could be too complex for some people to grasp? Suuure...yeah, MOST people would be able to get it...it's just the people WE know...

Strange though....I can talk to anyone about anything on 'their terms' but as soon as I start talking their brain goes to E!! It really pisses me off!! I find it hard to relate to others, and I'm not an only child so social rearing's not a problem; I am pretty philosophical, and deep, so people sorta lose me, or get 'dumb' on me....I'm not afraid to step out of the 'jackass box' and find out where I belong outside of it...that is what life's REALLY about.

I agree. And this is why I think that only the Aquarian understands you. They are more willing to accept and play around with unorthodox ideas than other signs, including other air signs.

Ugh. I have the same problem. It makes me wonder, do they really not get it, or are they just afraid to delve in

EXACTLY WHEELZ!! Choosing friends for me is based on loyalty/compatability/sensibility; I feel lonely ALL THE TIME; I was talking to my ma about this and I told her I feel lonely even around you....like I haven't made a true connection yet....what does it mean to make a connection with someone like that?...TAUries, I can only be myself; it's simply waiting for the rest of the world to 'catch on' that pisses me off sometimes....My thought challenges tradition and sometimes all you know about a subject; when the comfort zone is stripped away, what's left of you? who are you REALLY?.....I always challenge my self to aim higher, and go farther than I have before in my studies, and my personal/interpersonal relationships; I ask my friends about all sorts of things just to get the idea from their perspective....guess I'm the resident nerd of my neck of the woodz...lol

The harsh reality for some is painful; I'd rather look at it long and hard and laugh it to bite-size peices!! YEAH!! People are only inclinded to listen to what comforts them...guess the Aquas are a special breed.....

Yeah...it really doesn't scare me or phase me to hear concepts of hopelessness, futility of extistence...yada yada...it seems like more people should know that life doesn't revolve around only the mundane

What I mean to say is, after things fall through, do you consider new methods, alternative plans? Or do you just fade away....life changes at break-neck speed and waits for nobody; so, ya might as well have a nice tin helment for support lol

I don't seek out new methods. People either see it or they don't, accept it or they don't, so what's the point. They come around, or they don't.
