aqua dude works out at the gym religiously every day. he goes super early in the morn before work.
He's a skinny/lanky dude so if he didn't lift weights he'd be a qtip. At least now he's like an upside down triangle.

5mos. PP after having my daughter through a csection. I was hitting Pilates and jogging. People were wondering how I got my shape back after a baby... Umm idk I'm not fuckin lazy. I don't sit on my ass swallowing twinkies all day.

I like Ashtanga yoga, have you tried that?
It's so challenging. I have to get back into it. I swear I had a spiritual awakening during one session. The yoga instructor kept telling us during the classes that yoga is done to calm your body and soul and only after the cool down phase or meditative phase when your body is at ease, you reach a spiritual dimension. I believe I came close to that experience... once --sadly
