Why not just take our word for it?
Personally, I'm NOT the one who considers myself to be "different." OTHERS have placed that label on me, which means that whether I'm trying to be different on purpose or not, I'm still going to be considered "different."
I have my own sense of style (clothing) & my own sense of individuality. But not b/c I'm purposely trying to be different. I literally just like the things that I like, & I really don't care if I'm the ONLY 1 who likes it b/c I don't live for anyone else other than me.
I may be the only person on earth who likes the color blue, while yet everyone else adores purple. And me simply liking blue when no one else does may grant me the label of being "different," BUT it's not like I like the color blue simply to piss others off or purposely be rebellious. How about um...I literally just like the color blue, whether the rest of the world likes it or not!

The only thing Aquas "purposely" try to do/be is THEMSELVES! Why is that such a big deal/problem?
Had Aquas been people-pleasers, ones to follow the crowd & only focus on what's popular, people would complain.
We stand out naturally b/c we naturally like different things sometimes. We may like 500 of the same things that you like & yet you guys don't get offended. But yet if I decide to go against the grain (not on purpose) & like something that no one else likes, all of the sudden Aquas get accused of purposely trying to be different? That makes no sense.
We are who we are. We can't help it that we just so happen to tick differently than most other people/signs. We're unique in our own right just like other signs are.
That's why we're Aquarians & you're Libras, Aries, Cancers, etc. Every sign has their own different & unique characteristics that set them apart from other signs.
It seems like people always want to take away our sense of individuality, when yet they fight for their own sense of the same thing & expect for others to respect them more for being/ticking "differently."
All I'm saying is that Aquas deserve that same respect. NO, we don't do everything out of rebellion or to piss others off. Interesting though that as they age lots of aquarians can become boring...being a fixed sign, they tend to get stuck in themselves and lean towards many words but no action.
I have know many! Like them, and think they are naturally rebellious.....🙂
if we become boring, its probably because we've almost seen it all and even if we don't, we want to and get even more frustrated with the norm..

i always have dry jokes. Im not a comedian. i dont joke, smile, do none of that. I surround myself with like-minded serious people. Only girls get to seen my clownish side because they mean nothing to me, just a hole to stick my beef into.
I just read it and didn't comment on it not because it was boring but i didn't think there was anything to be a said..I could ask to list examples(cuz it seems like it's touching on something really specific but explained generally)..and i'm guessing that it's in light of other threads posted.

I think that's the base of MOST communication problems. I'm trying to be concious of how i communicate all the time, I'm seeing that how i talk to be people, despite the fact that i don't insult, people seem to ALWAYS take my words as an attack..and they take it personally. Now I could just be like fuck it, that's the way I am...but communication for me is important..if people dont understand the message than it's worthless. How can I single out what I can express my message and do it in a way that's 'non-offensive' and still be myself? Once I figure that out, i'll be able to adjust accordingly.
And you know, I've seen several aquarians that are the MASTERS of that..it could be to your detriment or benefit in your opinion, I dunno, but it's a skill I admire.

In my experiences iwth Aquas, alot of them are considered "different" NOT b/c they are the ones placing that label on themselves, but moreso b/c others are the 1s who consider them to be different.
Plus, even if an Aqua WAS purposely trying to be "different," why is that such a bad thing? What's so wrong with stepping outside of the box, wanting to stand out, not following the crowd, not worrying about what's popular & establishing a sense of individuality? What's so wrong with that? Why are people so offended when Aquas purposely go left just b/c everyone else went right?
