I never thought I'd say this

Everyone knows that as an Aqua, I don't typically get along with Gems. BUT now that I really think about it, you guys do have some awesome traits within you.

Some people hate that you guys have short attentions spans & can never sit still for longer than 5 minutes. This about you is actually 1 of your best qualities. When you guys want something, you stick around long enough to master/conquer it, then you move on & go to the next desirable target.

You don't harp or sit around & "wait" on others to make you happy or give you what you want. You're the reason they say, "What 1 person won't give you, another will."

When someone doesn't do right by you, you may cry for 2 seconds, BUT you always remind yourself that you deserve better. Perhaps this is something other signs oughta learn from you guys. That's why you guys are so happy lucky all the time. It's b/c you don't sweat the small stuff, nor do you tolerate bullshxt. If someone even thinks about betraying you, you'll be gone faster than they can even dial your phone number! In other words, you make people respect you b/c they know up front that they can either do right by you OR lose you. And yes, it's always the OTHER person's loss, not yours.

Sure, some of you want to know everything & everyone's business simply b/c you're being "nosy," BUT that's not always the case with you guys. You guys are thirsty for knowledge. You guys love learning about new things. You guys love excercising your minds & dabbling around with intellect. Since when is that a bad thing? No one can ever tell you that you "don't know all the facts" b/c even when you have bad things to say about someone, there's a 99% chance that you actually DID your homework & know enough about a person to make an informed decision/opinion.

As extroverts, people love to hate you. Even the most phony, nosy & flaky gemini will have more friends than they do enemies. Why? B/c you guys have lots of confidence & don't apologize for being yourselves. You have a youthful spirit & despite what negative things people hate about you, they ALL love that free-spirit within you too that they wish they had

People are forced to have their shxt together when they step to you b/c you've made it clear that if they bore you, you won't hesitate leaving them high & dry. Some call you cold-hearted for this, I call you smart. That's why most of you don't really encounter relationships where 1 person c

That's why most of you don't really encounter relationships where 1 person (you) always ends up being the 1 who got played. You guys have standards & that's what people love to hate about you. And if you'll notice, the people who have AND maintain their standards 24-7 end up being the happiest people who also have the best quality relationships. In other words, if a Gem is single it's either by choice OR b/c they decided to put their foot down & refused to put up with anything less than what they deserve. Anyone who considers that a bad thing is an idiot!

If others end up getting dooped or betrayed simply b/c they opened themselves up to you or let you control them, that's THEIR fault, not yours. It's never your fault that another person was naive/trusting enough to tell you their entire life story. Gems aren't stupid...they know that just like them, had everyone else known that person's dirty secrets, they'd go & tell too!

Don't get it twisted...when Gems are really into you, they're there to stay. They're not dumb fools who can't appreciate a good thing. If they leave you high & dry or don't pay you any attention, sorry to say this but it's probably b/c they DON'T see you as a "good thing" afterall/anyways. That's the difference. They won't cheat on you if they love you; they won't leave you if they respect you; they won't tell your secrets if they tell you theirs.

You guys are like Leos in that you love being seen. But not b/c you need an ego boost. No, when others say "Ugh, look at that Gemini, she must think she's all that," what that person REALLY means is that they think you're all that! Gems have confidence & they don't apologize for it. They naturally stand out even when they're NOT trying to. Whose fault is that? The Gem for being so vibrant or the person who can't deny how sexy/appealing Gems are?

You guys just wanna have fun. You don't take everything so seriously. You guys are the friends to call when you're upset & need someone who can make you laugh. You guys are very good at taking someone out of their serious element & bringing them to life. Unfortunately, this is the main reason so many people hate you but yet MORE people love you

My two best friends are aquas. For most of these reasons that you listed, is the reason that I love them so much.

I'm diggin the recent upswing in Gemini-lovin' on these boards.

I thought they were too whimsy, but I guess its not always fool proof in life 😛! I actually tend to like the company of agua women. They're usually very certain of themselves and seem to have a kind heart. They're friendly whether they really like me or not 😆 lol. Plus, they never seem to get embarrassed too easily so I can be silly and outspoken without having to worry about that.

I adore an Aqua friend to no end, but she cut me out of her life 😢 Soemthing I said? Every time I invite her to do something, she declines, but calls me all sorts of pet names and says she loves me. I see her maybe once a year by accident. We used to hang all the time until she got into a sort of hardcore church. I think she thinks I'm a heathen. Oh...sorry...didn't mean to start rambling and steal this thread. Let the Gem love continue. Thank you, Krys, for the kind words!

And that's what I mean. Their free-spirit & energy is so contagiou & what most people wish they possessed.

Sometimes Gems drive me insane & I just want to tell them to sit down somewhere but then again, I remember that them being so bubbly & social isn't a bad thing & that maybe it's just me having a bad day =P

I guess Gems aren't that bad afterall...See Aquas really CAN change their minds sometimes! Ha so much for the "fixed sign" theory!

I think Aquas relate pretty well with Gemini nature that's probably why you are able to describe us so well--despite the fact that we don't always care for one another.

Sorry, one of the worst men I ever dated was an Aqua, but I am pretty sure that's because Satan himself snuck in and impregnanted his mother and much less to do with his astrological makeup. So.... in short, I'm looking forward to changing that opinion of mine.

I have started dating a Gemini and he is so great! Gentleman, sweet, wonderful sense of humor, fun, great kisser, full of energy, intelligent and a real go-getter!
We can talk and talk for hours and have been getting along famously so far! I know that most of the astrology sites don't think highly of Pisces/Gemini matches but I am willing to give it a try!!!
I love all of those traits you posted Krys and would love to find a man that can keep up with me and my energy level so if Geminis can do that then bring it on!
