Any Aries has a Capricorn mom?

My mom is a Capricorn and it seems that we are very opposite. Hard to relate to each other. So, i was wondering if it's Aries daughter / Capricorn mom issue or it's a personal non-compatibility situation.

Aries and capricorn are zodiac enemies, no? You must be paying some past life, karmic dept.

Well, I can sympathize with you in a way. I'm an Aries Mom with a Capricorn daughter and have come to accept this is some life lesson for me...call it Karma or God playing a hand but our relationship definitely has its challenges.

I know Capricorn's can be stubborn and hardheaded just like Aries and have accepted they are even more so in their own way. Capricorn's don't like surprises, they are planners and can be somewhat pessimestic...ALL opposite traits of an Aries.

How I deal with my little goat: plenty of notice about plans and upcoming events, I respect she's not going to always be excited about the same stuff I am and realize they are more sensitive than us ram's - so going in to a conversation with your Mom, it may be good to keep these things in mind.

My mom is a Capricorn and we get along pretty well. I attribute it to her admiring my drive, ambition and adventurousness. Also, I was born near the beginning of Aries so I have a lot of Piscean traits as well, which may help with our communication.

I have a good "friend" who is Aries sun and Cap moon. Poor person, she goes back and forth with herself all the time. I will call her, and I know she will call me back, but not when. In an hour, or two, or just before she is leaving her house to go to work, on and on.

Heaven forbid I suggest something as wild and crazy as taking a drive, or hit some thrift shops. This sort of thing stops her dead in her tracks. She has to mull this over, 15-20-30 seconds elapse, before she comes to a decision. 2/3 times she decides to go hide out in her condo, alone. I tell her she is a "rascal," which really doesn't win me any points, but she really can be a rascal. Make a "promise," and change her mind, back and forth. A very interesting challenge for a very Aries type such as I. On the other hand, I do have a Pisces moon, so I am 1) fairly unstable myself, 2) able to appreciate her internal conflict.

I lied, I have a Virgo moon, and a Pisces VENUS, you see....
