Any Aries's here born on the Aries-Taurus cusp?

I know one, 3-4 years my senior...who was my neighbor. His birthday was on April 21.Very caring, courteous, reasonable, grounded, stubborn, sensual...like a Taurus
Energetic, never boring, honest, straightforward....like an Aries.He's more like a Taurus though.
If he was born in the USA he is a Taurus. No Aries influence at all.
