Aries and Virgo friendships

So, I don't work well with aries romantically (all of my relationships with aries have been flings and nothing more), but as friends, that is quite a different story. Some of my closest and best friends are aries (ie, my roommate is an aries). I do notice that with my aries friends, we clash A LOT, however there is never a moment where I think, "Why am I this person's friend?". I feel like we kind of balance each other. And just to give an example, in my apartment, there are literally two aries and two virgos (myself being one of the virgos). We're all very close and when together, there is never a dull moment.

Are there any other aries who are close to virgos? And why is it that these two signs work well in friendships?

My father is a Virgo and he and I do not get along at all. One of my friends in high school for a while was a Virgo but eventually I really came to despise her. I am currently friends with a Virgo-Leo cusp, and she and I seem to get along pretty well because she knows when to shut her mouth lol. Once a Virgo starts giving unwanted advice and criticism I want to deck them. The odd thing is for such a supposedly intelligent sign they never seem to understand why I get pissed off at them and they can't seem to take a hint. But that's just me. I'm sure there are some Aries out there that have examples of getting along with Virgos but in general I would say the signs don't get along well.

I think Virgos are alright in small doses.

I appreciate Virgos so much in my life, as long as they aren't my boss, or my brother haha.

I have only had one or so bad Virgo experiences in my life, and that would be with a boss of mine. He was all kinds of clash of work culture.

Something about a Virgo friendship clicks with me as an Aries. In many other sign relationships, it feels like two people trying to figure each other out without success, and Virgo and Aries feels like more of a overlap/click thing that happens. We understand each others boundaries, weaknesses, and I guess we try to work it out. My experience at least.

Virgo females seem like a totally different animal than males I suppose.

I can't be in any type of relationship with a Virgo. The ones I knew were all to damn sensitive and easily offended. I don't like to sensor myself, I have a WICKED sense of humor and the few Virgos I knew could not take a joke or me teasing them— IMO they were no fun at all. I prefer Leos,Aquas & Geminis as friends they get me and I get them.

The only virgo I know is my dad and these days he is one of my best friends.
He always gives me sound advice when I go to him, and I need that.
He is always fair and grounds me I guess
