Aries Dad and Aries Daughter

Hi, everyone. I am new here. And I have a question to ask you. From the title, you already know that my dad is Aries and I am an Aries, too. Can a father/daughter relationship ever be good between two Aries?
My father was born on the 8th and I - on the 9th of April. My relationship with my grandmother is great, and she was also born in April (6th); however, my dad and I do not get along at all. He tells me that we are the same but I disagree. I do not ever want to be like him. I believe that I am like my grandmother.
Please, everyone, do not hesitate to comment on my question and give me some interesting answers.

I don't know you or your Dad personally so I am going to work off generalizations

2 aries can get along however they both have pride so it will take atleast 1 individual to put their pride in check for it to work out. Kind of like the idea of having 2 leaders in the same room doesn't work . . . same thing here

I know a aries man and daughter, they get along now, but i have a feeling when she gets older she is gonna have some real say so for him. I have seen that aries trai alot where they love to tell others what to do, but you never never never tell them what to do. they only see it one way and that is there way. or you will start an argument for sure, and some rather hit you to shut you up. my mom is a aries
