Yup. One of my cousins is a Scorpio. She has these two loser friends who are super low key jealous of her. I know Scorpios like this. They may be able to pick up on others' emotions but they aren't good judges of character. They like to look at themselves so if anyone feigns interest in that, they're easily fooled by people playing to their ego. Also, they overemphasize the importance of their 'dark side' as a form of honesty, which often comes in the form of accepting the shitty behavior of others. The "Rebirthing" thing, as you mentioned, is often a negative thing in that it allows them to repeat cycles by being blinded by a different scenario with the same context.

What's sad is that this girl has slept with probably 5 times the amount of men I have while she was 15... like mother, like daughter. This is a big thing with Aries and some other firer signs. If we try to hard we drive off people from wanting to be around us. Meaning we take our personal views to Trump all others so to speak.
Now again exulted does not mean home house like you explained but most favored house in the way of finding balance. So Aries sun is exulted so often we can or will find a way to eventually control this where as a Leo will come to expect the attention and it will come naturally to him or her. I can say I am very idealisitic and if i gain attention I really to rush to so to speak thrive on it. I normally like to be different and if people don't agree with me on topics or so that is fin. I do find that Leo, Saggitarius, and even Aries to a point will fight almost for attention from me. I don't normally try to gain more but will be put in situations that they don't get what they are used to. Most fo the time they are goodlooking woman and have voice or impactful presence. The Leos I have gotten along with don't seem to be extrovers but more introvers. Leo moons seem to be a commen theme in woman I dated over the years. Scorpio moons as well can definally be seen...
I don't have many Aries friends but we seem to get alone but also no motivation to like out due eachother unless it is like a sport not so much a preformance. Scorpio's are really different but are extremely hard working... So they may over work at things and it could be there down fall so to speak. I know many people thing of Capricorns, Taurus, Aries, Virgo's as hard workers but Scorpios will often not even say how hard or how much they work.
So to speak having my home planets where they are I expect to work hard and as my Saturn returned happened I was expected to work even harder at key issues... This was because my Saturn was there... Now Sun in Aries will give me the energy and bring attention to me but I don't seek it out so to speak at it is not to impress or make people thing I am one way or another. It is purely just being myself... So people find that attractive... but many actually don't because we have a very hard time binding our will for anyone. Even more so in relationships or friendships... that is why it is so important for Aries if they Marry to have fundimental beliefs the same or close enough to not matter. We are not like this about everything but definally alot.
Scorpio's actually will break there own rules alot or can until they finally fall if it is love. Friendships they normally will not break the rules but if someone does to them they have a very hard time forgiving them.
Example of My idealistic nature. I know a yoga teacher male that I considered a friend... he is 55 years old and definally has money. The thing about him though is he is always after very young woman like 18 to 25. Now the issue with is he has alot of connections and will promise them things he can do for them or connection. This is a very high level of control that woman often miss if they don't see the underlining motives. So basically he will say he can get them a job teaching yoga at a really nice studio, job in there field maybe but also seems to the field he picks up women in, he also will put them in magizing or other things like that. He basically forms an enviroment for them to exist that he watches like a hawk. The last girl he date was very beautiful but I am sure he wondered. He does not want anymore kids and held off telling her that for 5 years. Now I don't blame that as much because he she used him for a place to stay and money... trips so on... now however that they split up he will tell younger girls or people he is only really attracted to younger woman which is a translation for 18 to 25 normally more to 20 side of things.
I am so idealistic that I quite talking to him because I saw the damage he did and refuse to go to his classes as well as mention what he was doing or trying to do... to a few people. Woman don't want to be objectified they need to not allow men like this to put in positions such as coaches and teachers... as much. To me teaching yoga is much like a paster in a church or so on... now yes not saying he can't date or even a younger woman but to approach them like this not a good idea.
Not only does he do this but he also does things for people in options of power or note so he can so to speak gain there approval infront of these people with his younger woman around. I am not known as the nices yoga guy in the world or anything and definally have my attitude but I have a very advanced practice so people notice if I don't go peoples class some times. I think some people may thing or implied it is because I want to teach at the studio but in really I don't. I don't have the time and I am honestly kinda an introver so not sure I would want that kinda attention. To me things have gotten to be away from the spiritual side and all about woman in yoga pants... With the idea that men are dogs and only do yoga to hit on woman in tight pants. I like an attractive woman but I can honestly say it is far better when they have grace with there looks.
I have found though that with jupiter being debilitated in Capriocorn that does not seem to be a good sign for me with woman. They always seem to want to get something from me... money or so on... I have started to be much more lerry of them actually. I am sure there are signs that off set this to a point but I am not sure it ever will be completely of set.
I have notices even myself scorpio strong influnances will want very attractive other halfs and some times willing to give to much to that idea. Since I am more of a mars and pluto I am more confritable with it and less jealous I guess because I have to trust them... Scorpios do anger very well actually because they will attack from where you would never know months later when you are week to maximize damage. I have learned and keep learning this in small ways this shows you have not forgave someone which is really not for them but for yourself. This allows a person to let go of how they where done wrong so to speak. They can then be what they need to be for themselves which will then attract someone compatible. Relationships normally fail because people don't get to know eahother well enough and that persons draw backs. Can they deal with them or not so to speak.
I believe you have had this issue maybe of trusting to quick and getting attached then hurt badly.

I am not a friend of really many political people and think there is a lot of corruption but this is why death counselling was part of the health care package and although people did not like it. Money earned though labor and is the world really going to expand a persons life 5 years instead of helping someone to leave another 40 years healthy with a working future.
