Aries- Scorpio

Hi, I was reading the last thread and it got me wondering about the Aries Scorpio dynamic.
I don't understand why there is so much contention over this connection.
I'm an Aries and I have to say I have learned some of the most valuable life lessons from Scorpio males.

The best thing a Scorpio male friend ever said to me when I was 20 and carrying on in my effervescent way was:
Oh I love you but it's not just about you all the time.

At the time it was like a slap in the face but I realised how much of an egoist I was being and it gave me some perspective.
Lesson number 1.

Lesson 3: sometimes a Scorpio will vibe you to test you and make you think you are completely lacking in sanity when they like you.
And sometimes they will vibe you when they don't like you at all.

Aries are cool.
it's just hard to get close to them.
It's not that their emotionally distant, they are very expressive but their interpersonal skills sucks.

There just blazing through life and they really don't care too much.

I like hanging out with this one Aries girl but I have to make an effort.

The funny thing is that I know she likes me a lot & I think she's extremely cool but I don't feel very close to her..

I don't always like having to initiate stuff..
If I did not make an effort we would almost never hang out.
Plus she sucks at texting lol.

We always have this weird unspoken system

always taking turns doing everything, initiating.
If I pay for stuff she has my back the next time and i have hers..

Plus we hang out pretty often, she usually smokes me up and because I'm 21 I always buy alcohol.
I love our friendship haha.

Well if I'm free i always make time for my friends.
Today I already ate and my one friend asked me out to lunch and I was like lol yeah sure...
ironically I had had issue for lunch and he was like HEY WE SHOULD GET SUSHI.
I got veggie rolls lmfao.

In freshman year of college I literally had an open apartment.
People could just come in and smoke.

I think it has to do with my 7th house placements..

There are married couple that are aries and scorpio that have been married for more than 10 years, so I don't see why it can't work.
