I've always loved and ended up losing myself. Always ignored red flags and made myself into somewhat of a doormat. I can't hold the others accountable for their actions, we all reap what we sow. The pain made me stronger the experiences and the heartache wiser. You all have a story similar in results, different in experience. But we'll be fine as long as we hold ourselves accountable for us and what we can control.
Learning your self worth is how you can change that pattern of unsustainable love. Realizing what's good and not good for you.
