Detaching myself from Cappy Man

I had a relationship with a Cap-guy for almost 3 years (on and off, unstable relationship). He cheated and treated me really bad. I gave everything and more to him. Then I realized I should move the f- on, so I finally left him once and for all. And now he is all over me, begging me to come back because "You don't realize what you got, until it's gone" (his words).
Those Cap guys can be so manipulating.
