Cusp Rising

I'm convinced this shit exists.

One of my sisters was born right when the rising sign moved from pisces rising to aries rising. Out of all of us, she's the most beautiful, hands down. She has the angelic looks. She's also very emotional, innocent, doe-eyed, but also, an asshole, trail-blazer, and leader...

She confuses the hell out of all of us because she really has two distinct images that she gives off. Girls usually can't stand that about her. They think her innocence is an act, but it's just that they don't trust that she can be that plus the go-getter. I want to know if it's possible for a person to have a cusp rising? Do any of you have this issue?

I believe this to be true. Every time I study my sister's chart, I'm looking for other indications but she's definitely a cusp.

30 minutes earlier to me is a cusp too. I think you would have some traits of the other.

My mom's rising sign is in the first degree of Virgo. She acts wayyyyyyy more like a Leo riser. Her moon is in Leo, too. Total attention whore narcissist "Me-me-me-I-must-be-the-center-of-your-world-your-dog's-world-your-neighbor's-world-and-their-dog's-world-too-fuck-everyone-else-and-their-feelings-I-know-everything-I'm-always-right-I-must-be-the-prettiest-woman-in-the-room-on-second-thought-no-one-could-ever-be-as-pretty-as-me-listen-to-another-one-of-my-fascinating-stupidly-embellished-horseshit-stories-and-give-me-a-round-of-applause" attitude.

She does have Virgo rising traits, too, though. Total neat freak, very observant, critical, etc.
