Do you think I fit the characteristics of a Gemini rising? (Sun Libra, Moon Sag)

This is me

I'm a Cap sun, Scorpio moon and Gemini rising. All I can say is, thank goodness for the Gemini part! My racing mind, constant self-critique and INTENSE emotions drive my own self nuts sometimes. Gemini tempers some of that and gives me some relief.

i am not tall at all (5'3" at most) but yes tons of nervous energy. i have to work out every day or i just don't know what to do with myself! and yes i'd say i def look and act younger than my age 😱 i'm 29 and i still get carded for buying r rated movies... i'm not mad about it though 😄

Because the Earth's axis (see axial tilt) is tilted relative to the ecliptic, the twelve signs do not take the same amount of time to cross the eastern horizon. At the equator, there is very little difference (Pisces, Aries, Virgo and Libra take slightly less time than the other signs) but as one moves from the equator, larger and larger differences emerge.
In the northern hemisphere, the signs of Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus and Gemini take much less time than the theoretical two hours to cross the eastern horizon, whilst the signs of Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius take much longer than two hours to do so. For example, at the latitude of Paris, France:
Pisces, Aries and Gemini take only about fifty-five minutes to cross the eastern horizon (this is referred to as the length of ascension or simply as the sign's ascension)
At higher latitudes, these differences become even more marked. At the latitude of St. Petersburg, Russia:
Pisces and Aries ascend in only thirty minutes

yeah i noticed that (libra sun) but there wasn't another thread regarding gemini rising at all. sooo decided to hijack this one... i am an asshat

I'm a libra with gem ascendant! No clue how that affects me or my chart though so i can't tell you too much about that, sorry!

I have not met many, that's for sure. Are you guys really tall and look/act younger than you really are?
And nervous energy/scatter brain?:/

Essentially..I wouldn't call it scatter brain, but brain racing. My mind is always racing with ideas, but I have a pretty short attention span. 6'2" and without facial hair I look 6 years younger.
