I was going to guess Virgo or Libra rising, from how you described him. If you're thinking Sag or Aqua as possible, I didn't pick that up from what you wrote but maybe there are some traits that point you strongly to them?
What kind of a man do you think he might be?

I don't find Libra rising men flirty in an overt way always. Often they come across to me as polite, friendly, observant and kind of innocent/youthful.
With the placements you listed, and what you described, he seems like he's more social and expressive than some Scorpios but definitely quite Scorpionic, which might come out more when he's intimate with someone, and I don't mean that in a bad way, it could be that his rather innocent nervous vibe disappears and the passionate parts of himself are unleashed. Hopefully his jealousy and possessiveness are minor - that's the only negative thing you mentioned.
