My birth date is 02/25/90 and I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina at 2:27 PM. I would love to know what you think! I have a hard time interpreting my chart, because I feel like I don't act like a typical Pisces.

I'm a pisces sun in the 9th house with pisces moon in the 10th and gemini rising BUT my 8th house has venus, saturn, mars, neptune, and uranus in capricorn. What does this placement mean? Is it bad?
