Are my house positions of my planets still accurate if I don't have my birth time?

I used to always use the birth chart calculator on AlwaysAstrology.com and that had an option for "unknown birth time", and I thought the descriptions of the houses that my Sun, Moon, etc were in were accurate.

My parents don't remember my exact birth time but for the one I remember they told me a long time ago (which I don't even know is the accurate time), when I input the time all the house positions in my chart changes...

So I'm confused as to whether the first house positions I got with the 'unknown birth chart' option are correct.

Houses are so important and I actually feel bad that I may not even know mine's lol.

House placements are fundamentally important in astrology.

You need the precise time of birth. However, a chart can be rectified to approximate a time of birth. Does your mother or father know their own time of birth? You could use their own charts to help narrow down their children.

What are your Sun and Moon signs? What aspects and where are the dispositors(rulers) of those signs?
Nope, they don't have their birth times either.

My Sun is in Capricorn and my moon is in Scorpio. They are ruled by Saturn and Mars/Pluto respectively.

If it's not possible to get your birth time, you can try having an astrologer work with you to try to figure out your ascendant. Once you know that, you can guess at houses, but you won't know exact degrees or aspects. Of course, it's educated guesswork, but people do it.

Oh, all of this is actually disappointing news to me since I'm really into astrology and want to learn more about myself
