Neptune 3rd house and siblings

I have read some interesting and eerie things about this placement of mine:

"There may be suffering or pain through brothers or sisters."

"If there are siblings, at least one will be a spacey, dreamy type, or (if afflicted) will tend to have a substance abuse problem."

"There may be a lack of boundary between ourselves and our sibs, so we may be highly sensitive to their psychic life. ... Enmeshment with siblings is high and we are often unable to distinguish what the truth is. We may get caught up in the web of the sibling??s deceit or addictions.
My experience of Neptune in the third is that it often describes a missing sibling, one who has disappeared or become estranged, leaving a void in our lives that we try to replace with friends."

I don't have the exact quote, but there was also an interpretation in my person chart that this is not a good placement for a child to have if his/her parents are thinking of having a second child, because that second child may suffer in some way and have some condition that elicits empathy from others.

This is interesting to me as I have this placement and my only sibling, my younger brother (Pisces), has severe autism. He cannot speak or communicate with others at all. I have spent most of my childhood helping to care for him and feel very connected to him on a psychic level.

Can anyone else speak about this placement and how it has manifested itself in their lives?
