No. Go online and order your birth certificate; costs about $ 35.00 give or take. What's the delay? I am a PRECISE Piscean; I HAVE to have my time of birth....found my birth certificate. I had been wrong by 10 minutes; and guess what? Yeah, my houses were different, my chart was different; etc. I want to know exactly who I am by my time of birth as when Froggie interpreted it for me she was spot on!

And a foreigner doesn't have a means to get a copy of their birth certificate; hmmmm, sorry, you didn't disclose this at the beginning of your topic. I keep telling y'all I haven't bought batteries for my CRYSTAL BALL! 😉 So to answer your question; if it doesn't bother you, then you will fall into the category of "unknown".
