What signs are most compatible with aqua/pisces cusp?

It makes sense.. but it's hard to find other cusps what about single sun placements? I have more aquas and caps in my chart, my moon is in saggi and my rising is in leo. My venus basically some astro birth charts show is in capricorn and others show its in aqua, weird.
