I'm curious as to whether some people are completely different from the sign they were born in. the only example I can think of is my friend who technically Leo or Virgo (not sure which one) but at a certain age his personality completely changed. Now he is like 100% cancer (although he must have been cancer before just not as expressed). Anyone else just completely different or far from sun sign?

Yeah, I'm aries sun and I've always been much more like cancer, wich is my moon.

I can only show my aries side when I'm comfortable with the place I'm in and the people around me.

My fun-loving Sag side only really comes out when I'm around loved ones or when liquor is involved. Lol.
Most of the time I'm more like my Taurus Moon, Aquarius Rising or Scorpio Venus.

I have Capricorn Moon and Scorpio Rising. Reading and learning about them was such a revelation.

When I was younger I couldn't understand why the general Sagittarius descriptions didn't fit me in any way.

It's a blend of all three, and it makes sense now.

Aquarius always seems to be the last sign anyone guesses for me. Been pinned for a cap or virgo most of the time at work if the topic ever arises. They tend to guess my moon and rising correctly and for the most part cap would be right as I probably show my methodical side more so in the workplace.

I have the scaaaarrrrrry eyesss (note annoyed sarcasm) of my Scorpio Sun. By annoyed, I mean, someone does something I LIKE and so all of a sudden I'm paying attention to them, because they're cool/funny/interesting, and they go whooooaaa creepy and find some distance. Sadness. It literally scares folks away and I've actually taught myself not to look customers directly in the eyes for more than a few seconds at a time, in retail. Keeps the job. I don't like the job. It doesn't allow me to analyze anything. But the job pays the bills. So the job is good.

I have the don't I know you from somewhere? (no, dude, I'm a tourist here) of my Pisces Rising. It lures in perfect strangers from across the room who start asking me questions and telling me things as if I'm someone they already know. My memory's foggy sometimes, sure, but it's not THAT bad, THAT often! Really.

Once stranger-across-the-room meets me and makes too much eye contact, they usually scurry off. Sadness. The more I like 'em, the faster they flee. BUT if they stay and we start chatting, I do chat very much Virgo- style . TMI TMI all over the place, nervous silly chatter about all the little things out of place or improvements that could be made here and there and everywhere. I'll attach quickly to conversations involving general health and well-being; physical, mental, spiritual, doesn't matter. It's fun to me. It's not fun to most. I'm a literal off-the-cuff encyclopedia of fix-it-solutions for most ailments encountered. Occasionally I'll find the rare soul who agrees to the fun-ness in the boring-ness. Recently someone I see a few times a month caught himself mid-ramble (we do ramble back and forth) "You know... we talk about the weirdest things!" then smiled and went off on his errands.

I'm 6th house (natural Virgo house) Virgo Moon, boosted by Virgo Descendent, Virgo Vertex, and Virgo Ceres. Yes, I'm crazy. Yes, I like it. 😄
