I don't see anyone on this board who meets that definition, per se (or who exibits ALL that behaviour at one time).
What I do see (and have personally experienced on this board) are people who play follow-the -leader and are trying to appear witty/sharp - AND FAIL MISERABLY.
I've also noticed that what someone is saying may be relevant OR is contrary to popular opinion (thus giving you a different P-O-V to chew on even if, end the end, you disagree) but the delivery of their opinion is so rude. You can give a matter-of-fact-call-it-how-you-see-it opinion without being a jerk-off about it.
