Dom is what she is talking about in regard to Saturn right? The Pullen chart..
Ruler is pointing to the Ruler of your Asc?
Question: Maybe it's just a coincidence for me, I seem to have a lot of those in my chart..
But I am Pluto dom (according to Pullen).. so that is not due to my Asc being Scorp.. just happens to be a coincidence I am thinking eh? Cause if it went that way for everyone OP's Pullen would likely say she was Moon dom right?
I don't know why I have so many things like this in my chart.. there seem to be many coincidences and it had me all backwards for soo long! I remember for the longest time I thought that my Sun was 8th House cause my Asc was Scorp, but nope just a coincidence.. LOL

My chart dom is Saturn and my chart ruler is the moon.
Yeah, that's real confusing!

So it says on astro that my chart ruler is Saturn but then people say your chart ruler is your ascendant sign's ruler... but my ascendant is Cancer, which is ruled by the moon... Saturn isn't the moon, Saturn is Saturn!!!
