compatability?

I've read that Sagittarius are supposedly more compatible than Gemini for an Aries. However, I've recently tried talking to some women from both signs and I've noticed I have more of a connection with Gemini than a Sag. The Sags I've come across were either too serious or not interested, go figure. So why do so many horoscope sites say Aries and Sagittarius are one of the best matches?

I honestly do want to experience dating a Sagittarius chick, but I just don't see where we are compatible? Sag women are very beautiful, but I don't want looks alone either.
