Compatability between Sun, Moon, & Rising Signs

Ok, so most of us know that if your Moon sign is the same as someone else's sun sign (or vice versa), that enhances the compatibility between the two (and apparently, same as when your Sun sign is the same as another's Rising/Ascendant). But what if they're not the same (Example: Her sun is Sagittarius, while my rising sign is Aries... both compatible signs)?

Or one person's Moon in Aquarius with another's Sagittarius Sun?

Aries Rising and Sagittarius Sun are trine, so that would be a benefitial relation too, as they are both in the same element.
Aquarius Moon and Sagittarius Sun are in different elements (air and fire respectively),but are both masculine signs, and are sextile to each other. Even though it isn't "absolutely perfect", personally I tend to find that Sagittarius and Aquarius have a lot in common, and get along just fine. They both need their freedom, and both can be spontaneous and unpredictable. This is harmonious :-)
