Confused my this charming Scorpio

I work with this Scorpio man and I see him 2 days a week for the past 3 monto and he always says hello beautiful, pretty, George use or something like that. We actually stopped and talked a couple days ago and he kept say we would like to take me out and he would like to be my boyfriend, and many other things that made me blush. He was very open about himself and how he likes me, I was surprised when he told me he was a scorpio. We exchanged numbers and we talked on the phone for 5mins yesterday and he hasn't txt or called me at all. When we are I front of eachother he stares and talks to me like we are the only ones around but he doesn't call or txt me to set up a date to go out.
What should my next move be?
