Could he be what they call a 'twin flame' of mine?

I am Capricorn sun, Cancer moon, Leo ascendant;
He is a Cancer sun, Leo moon, Capricorn ascendant.
I'm severely attracted to him and we haven't even met.

It isn't simply attraction that determines if someone is a twin flame. If you look on the metaphysical board there's a few topics on this issue already made. Go check them out.

It's not simply attraction. I like to keep things as short as possible on these boards. I don't like those metalhysical boards because I'm not even sure if 'twin flames' even exist-hence the quotations.

Yes attraction doesn't make tf. They can be karmic.

Because its like DUH I'm not stupid. I know that attraction is not the only thing. I hate when someone insults my intelligence. So that made you a temporary ass in my book. But, it's all good. 🙂 :p

Yes, I agree on all points because I already feel it would be unequal and karmic. I feel that I've known him before...I also feel he's dangerous or I sense danger to be with him but at the same time I can't help but be really attracted to him.
I texted him before I talked to you and told him I didn't want to be with him or anyone even though I felt sad after I said it...
