Dejanira in Synastry

What would a moon conjunct Dejanira in synastry mean? Would the Dejanira person be the moon persons victim?

Dejanira is known as the "victim" asteroid. Dejanira indicates victimization (especially sexual) in ones chart. Very dark asteroid. Here's more info about it:
