Do Pisces men hate saying goodbye?

we met a month ago. He doesnt live in my country hes only here to learn the language. We went out almost every day ever since we met and we bonded very quickly and we both felt strongly towards the other. Ever since he found out hes leaving in a week, he started getting distant. When i found out hes leaving in a week I knew when i met him hes leaving in a month) I just didnt know the time passed by already. We did hang out once 4-5 days ago and now hes leaving after tmrw and we're supposed to say goodbye no!? I havent heard of him since and today we were supposed to go out when i suggested we go out for a goodbye drink and few hours later he gives me excuses! He tells me we can meet tmrw but i got so mad i told him i cant do tmrw since im working late (he knows i work a lot) and that il just pass by his house and drop the silly thing i wanted to give him, something i did for him, and thatl il drop it even if he wasnt at home.

Nevermind the details, is he hating goodbyes!? I mean come on we're adults why ruin this, why not end it as sweetly as this month was! 😢
